Renee & Wyatt began a career in Interior Design & Home Renovation over 15 years ago. After buying and
selling several homes of their own, they discovered the importance of Home Staging as they watched the process
transform homes and tremendously increase profits. Together they bring a vast knowledge of residential architecture,
interior design, and home renovation to Bella Casa.
Today, as co-owners of Bella Casa Home Staging, their firm stages over 350 residential and commercial properties a
year in neighborhoods throughout Southern California and the Bay Area.
They actively manage daily operations and create design installations for both San Francisco and Los Angeles and
receive consistent praise for their ability to create truly spectacular and dramatic spaces on any size budget.
Tricia Etienne is a senior level project manager with over 20 years of experience leading projects within multiple organizations, including major media companies such as Tribune, Digtal First and Gannette. Tricia is an outstanding project leader with the ability to coordinate and manage the efforts of vendors, partners and teams across different departments with an ability to wear multiple hats while continuing to pay attention to detail. In addition, Tricia is a strong negotiator, marketer, Google certified, and business development leader that consistently maintains solid relationships with vendors and partners. Tricia is responsible for all details including, scheduling, managing your staging and interior design installations, billing and all client service needs on all levels. In her free time Tricia enjoys living in her home state of California spending time with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Barron along with her close family and friends.
Eva Holbrook is Lead Designer and Project Manager for Bella Casa Home Staging. She has a deep fundamental understanding
of both interior and exterior space. Having been inspired and surrounded by art, design, travel and fashion growing up in
Los Angeles, She is an expert with furniture selection and color coordination, bringing a fresh new and unique look to the
During her years at university, she worked as visual designer for Nordstrom, creating and building window and store displays.
Later, she went to work for one of the largest real estate investment firms in California as Project Designer, where she
managed model home staging installations and transformed residential and commercial environments nationwide. Eva graduated
from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has also completed the Architecture &
Interior Design program through UCLA.
Emily Gaydon is a designer for Bella Casa Home Staging. She gained her experience in Interior Design through San Francisco State University, where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design. Emily first desired to be an Interior Designer at a young age, and since has studied the art and creativity of interior design, worked as a Design Lead at a furniture retail store, and gained experience and knowledge as an intern for a residential design firm. She studied abroad in Milan, Italy and travelled extensively throughout Europe, which enlightened her understanding of Architecture, Culture, and Design. Emily currently resides in San Francisco and enjoys traveling, reading and Do It Yourself projects in her spare time.
Heather is a designer for Bella Casa Home Staging. Her professional design experience first began as a visual merchandiser
for a high end shoe store in Santa Barbara. As a concierge at a luxury resort and spa, the everyday interaction with guests perfected
her customer service skills where she learned to be quick on her feet to come up with solutions to any guest inconvenience, no matter
how big or small. She has always had a love and knack for designing interiors and is excellent with accessorizing, color coordination,
floral design and furniture placement.
She graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Communications.
Mackenzie Powers is an assistant designer at Bella Casa Home Staging. With a BFA in Painting and Art History from San Francisco State University, her background in the arts has guided her translation of two dimensional images into contemporary space. Mackenzie’s spacial awareness, knowledge of color relationships and composition naturally lend a hand to her role in the company. She contributes to her team with her abilities in art installation, accessory placement, floral arrangements and aids in the spacial planning of installations.
Mackenzie has received numerous academic awards for her work in figure drawing and has created one-of-a-kind pieces exclusively for Bella Casa!
Caty O’Leary is the Lead Designer for Bella Casa Home Staging Los Angeles.
She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with her BA in Merchandise Marketing.
After several years of working as Store Manager for the popular Anthropologie clothing company, she gained extensive knowledge in building a narrative and designing spaces which lead to her passion for interior design and home staging. She has excellent client communication and a real talent for color and textile coordination.
Her contributions to the team include the planning and designing of installations, mentoring and managing team members and executing installations within proposed timelines.
In her spare time, Caty enjoys interior decorating, keeping up on the latest fashion trends and spending time with her new Husband.
Sarah is a Designer on the Bella Casa LA team. She is a graduate from Sacramento State University with a degree in Interior Design and Architecture. Upon receiving her degree she immediately immersed herself in the field of. After leaving central San Francisco she traveled to the south bay area and accepted the Lead Designer position for an Interior Design and Staging company located in Mountain View California. Sarah also has past experience working for Creative Design Group where she designed luxury model homes throughout California and Nevada. Now in Southern California, she is happy to be designing and staging with Bella Casa. When she is not at work you can usually find her at a local Starbucks drinking a very large coffee and reading the gossip of the day.
Lisa comes to Bella Casa with over 40 years of interior and floral design experience. She was a successful business owner for 25 years where she specialized in fresh floral, interior design and home furnishings. She takes pride in her work and excellent customer care.
Lisa enjoys designing floral for Bella Casa, shopping for new design trends and creating beautiful home stagings. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, shopping and spending time with her family and little dog Bella.
